Provide mortgage advice to pre-qualified clients while administrative work and research are handled by support staff and AI tools, with commission paid at submission.
What you will do
- Give mortgage advice to clients booked into a full daily diary
- Work only on advice, leaving packaging and lender chasing to case managers
- Use AI and data tools to speed up research and data entry
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction ratings through quick rapport building
What they look for
- Full CeMAP qualification with a clean regulatory record
- At least 18 months of active advising experience in a high volume setting
- Comfort with AI, data and new workflows to work quickly and accurately
- Ambitious, data literate and keen to move away from traditional broking
- Able to build instant rapport with customers
