A senior sales leadership role focused on expanding dealer, builder and distributor business for a nationwide cabinetry maker, with personal quota responsibility and management of independent sales representatives.
What you will do
- Build a pipeline of new accounts, concentrating on fresh sales and opening new markets
- Recruit, lead and hold accountable a network of independent manufacturer representative firms
- Set territories, target account lists, commission plans, expectations and pipelines for rep firms
- Coordinate with customer service and inside sales on quoting, order handling and support for dealers and reps

- Sales experience in kitchen cabinetry
- Recent record of carrying a personal quota with an established book of business among dealers, builders, distributors or multifamily buyers
- Experience recruiting, onboarding and managing independent manufacturer representative firms
- Solid grasp of costs, margins, freight and deal economics
