Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Primary Care

About the role

Deliver primary care to a panel of patients, blending in-clinic visits with occasional virtual care. The role focuses on accessible, evidence-based treatment for varied needs.

What you will do

• Carry a patient panel covering acute, chronic and wellness visits
• See patients in the clinic, at testing sites and by telehealth occasionally
• Join weekly clinical rounds and other ongoing learning formats
• Coordinate with clinic colleagues in daily huddles and with virtual care teams
• Use clinical training to perform procedures in the office

What they look for

• Graduated from an accredited NP or PA program and hold national certification
• At least two years of outpatient primary care in the last five years, or one year plus a fellowship or urgent care experience
• Licensed in New Jersey by the start date
• Comfortable using technology to support high quality care
• Able to communicate with and treat people of all backgrounds
• Open to feedback and able to handle uncertain situations calmly

Pay

USD 146,400 to 155,530 per year
