A business development role owning strategic carrier and agent partnerships, driving revenue growth and expanding market coverage. The manager builds executive relationships and travels regularly across an assigned territory.
What you will do
- Build and maintain executive level relationships with partner carrier and agent leadership
- Own a portfolio of strategic partners with accountability for revenue and profitability
- Visit partners in person across the territory, roughly ten to twelve travel days monthly
- Run quarterly business reviews on performance, growth, operations and future plans
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and operating expectations
- Create annual territory business plans with revenue goals and strategic priorities

- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory for face to face meetings
