Partnership Manager

About the role

A remote sales role building corporate partnerships so that employers can offer child care services to their staff. The manager owns the enterprise sales cycle and helps widen access to educational programs.

What you will do

• Meet or exceed annual sales targets and daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
• Run the full enterprise sales cycle of two to eighteen months using consultative selling
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers to win new business
• Deliver presentations and product demos, negotiate terms and work with other departments
• Keep CRM records, pipeline data and forecasts accurate and report to sales leadership

What they look for

• Seven or more years of direct experience selling solutions or services across a multi-state territory
• Proven record of closing new business against an annual quota of at least one million dollars
• Willingness to travel up to half the time

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree
• Existing relationships with corporate decision makers or experience selling to businesses in the territory
• Knowledge of the child care or education market
