Regional Sales Manager, MedTech

About the role

You will own a region and drive sales of pharmaceutical packaging equipment, growing existing accounts and finding new business. The role blends technical solution selling with business development across a global matrix organisation.

What you will do

• Create and carry out sales strategies and go to market plans for packaging equipment
• Deepen ties with current clients and spot chances to expand accounts
• Seek out new customers, markets and business prospects
• Run the whole sales cycle and explain technical value and competitive edge to buyers and colleagues
• Set goals and priorities and see strategic initiatives through within a matrix structure
• Keep forecasts, pipelines and customer records accurate and track market and competitor trends

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or a similar field
• Three or more years selling capital equipment
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally about half the time

Nice to have

• Solid B2B project sales and marketing experience
• A record of pushing sales projects through a matrix organisation
• Commercial strength backed by technical understanding
• Prior work in the medical industry
