Regional Sales Manager, MedTech

About the role

A field-based sales role owning a territory for pharmaceutical packaging equipment, growing business with current clients and finding new opportunities while working inside a global matrix organisation.

What you will do

• Create and carry out sales plans and market entry approaches for packaging equipment used by drug makers
• Deepen ties with current accounts and spot ways to expand them
• Seek out new clients, markets and commercial openings
• Run the whole sales cycle and explain technical and commercial advantages to buyers and colleagues
• Keep forecasts, pipelines and customer records accurate, and watch market, competitor and industry trends

What they look for

• Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering or a similar discipline
• At least three years selling capital equipment
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad about half the time

Nice to have

• Background in B2B project sales and marketing
• Record of pushing sales projects through a matrix structure
• Commercial experience paired with technical understanding
• Prior work in the medical sector, plus interest in machines and technology
