UGC and Influencer Manager

About the role

Build and run a creator programme that supplies usable content for paid and organic channels. Own sourcing, negotiation, briefing and delivery tracking end to end.

What you will do

• Find and vet user generated content creators and influencers on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Handle outreach, rate negotiation and contracts
• Brief creators so content fits what the ad account needs
• Manage the pipeline end to end, including product shipping and chasing late deliverables
• Review content quality and pass it to the creative team
• Track creator results and build repeat relationships with reliable performers

What they look for

• Two or more years managing creators or influencers for direct to consumer ecommerce brands
• Experience running outreach at volume and converting it
• Good judgement about which creators will produce usable content
• Strong organisation for tracking many creators and deliverables at once
• Clear written communication for outreach and briefing

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate or commission based creator deals
• Understanding of what makes user generated content work as a paid ad
