About the role

A client of the agency needs a hands-on marketer to own paid customer acquisition and grow profitable results across digital advertising channels. The role covers strategy, budgets, testing and reporting.

What you will do

Run and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid channels
Develop campaign structures, targeting and audience strategies
Own budgets, spend allocation and pacing
Test creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages
Set up conversion tracking and attribution, and report weekly and monthly

What they look for

At least three years in performance marketing or paid media
Strong hands-on skills with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience managing substantial ad budgets
Solid grasp of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion tracking and attribution
Proven record of improving ROAS or acquisition efficiency
Strong analytical skills and independent campaign management
