Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Acquisition

About the role

A hands-on paid acquisition role owning campaigns across search and social advertising channels, from budget planning and testing through optimization and reporting, with a focus on profitable growth.

What you will do

• Plan, run and refine campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid channels
• Build campaign structures, audience targeting and budget pacing
• Track and improve acquisition cost, cost per lead and return on ad spend
• Test creative, messaging, audiences and landing pages against performance data
• Set up and verify conversion tracking and attribution
• Produce weekly and monthly reports with clear recommendations

What they look for

• At least three years in performance marketing or paid media
• Hands-on command of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Track record managing substantial ad budgets
• Solid grasp of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, attribution and campaign optimization
• Proven gains in acquisition efficiency or return on ad spend
• Strong analytical skills and independent campaign management
