Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure and Analytics Manager

About the role

Lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations and analytics behind a fast-growing worldwide service organisation. The role bridges technology, data and service operations to enable scalable performance and customer success.

What you will do

• Work with service leaders to define and refine worldwide service processes, standards and best practices
• Turn business needs into clear system requirements and scalable technical solutions
• Oversee design, configuration, rollout, upkeep and tuning of service systems and infrastructure globally
• Build and improve integrations linking Salesforce, SAP, in-house service apps and reporting platforms
• Set a master data strategy covering integrity, governance, consistency and access across systems
• Create dashboards, reports and KPI frameworks using Power BI, Tableau and similar tools

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, business information systems or similar
• At least seven years in business systems, analytics, systems architecture or service operations technology
