  • Manage, coach and develop presales engineers and interns, assigning opportunities by workload and expertise
  • Review demos, POC plans and technical proposals to keep quality consistent
  • Lead technical discovery on strategic deals with everyone from engineers to executives
  • Design demos and define POC scope and success criteria for AI and data platform use cases
  • Advise on deployment, integrations and architecture, and feed customer input back to product and engineering
