What you will do
- Define reference architecture covering the agent loop, tool execution, state and checkpointing, recovery, guardrails, permissions and human
- Set context window standards within explicit token budgets and build shared components for retrieval, compaction, caching and memory
- Build offline and online evaluation frameworks, review designs and PRs, write architecture docs and mentor senior engineers
