About the role

Lead innovation, reformulation and product optimisation across a beauty and personal care portfolio, taking projects from concept to launch in global omnichannel markets. The role is a temporary cover arrangement, short or long term.

What you will do

Run several new product development projects across skincare, cosmetics, wellness, personal care and beauty tools from idea to launch
Improve the portfolio through reformulation, enhancements, premiumisation, range rationalisation and margin gains
Build business cases, set pricing recommendations and track performance against commercial and innovation targets
Manage formulation programmes with manufacturers and oversee OEM, ODM, lab and packaging partners
