Product Manager, AI and Supplier Management

About the role

The product manager owns the supplier management area, taking it from supplier discovery and evaluation through contracts and automated purchasing, with AI helping customers make smarter buying decisions.

What you will do

• Own the supplier management area end to end, setting direction, roadmap and priorities
• Research customer needs through interviews, feedback, market study and data analysis
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and practical solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, design and customer success to ship valuable features
• Track adoption and business impact after launch, then learn and iterate
• Shape AI driven supplier recommendations, catalogs, contract workflows, integrations and purchase order automation

What they look for

• Three or more years of product management in a product company, with five or more preferred
• Experience with B2B SaaS and understanding of how business purchasing differs from consumer buying
• Strong product thinking that finds the underlying business problem rather than just building requests
• Confidence prioritizing competing needs, deciding independently and handling ambiguity
• A data informed approach, including defining success metrics and judging feature performance
