What you will do
- Set the roadmap for the integrations and skills catalog, ranking systems by customer demand and revenue impact
- Rework the skills setup so configuring one feels like flipping a switch
- Work with engineers on framework standards, rollout mechanics and safeguards against third-party API changes
- Lead partnerships with construction ERPs and software platforms, from technical checks to joint launches
- Track activation, usage and retention data and run weekly adoption reviews
A typical week
- Live feedback sessions with US enterprise customers to test the setup flow and catch breakages
- Weekly adoption reviews built on activation and usage telemetry
- Partner calls and technical checks on new connectors
- Time with engineering on skill framework standards and guardrails
What they look for
- Five or more years in product management, ideally on integrations, APIs or platform products
- A record of improving activation, adoption or time-to-value numbers
- Experience working with engineers on architecture and framework calls
- Strong English and ease running live calls with US enterprise executives
- Based in Indonesia, able to overlap three to four hours a day with San Francisco
