About the role

Lead the product strategy and delivery for VIP and institutional clients, from onboarding and account management to trading journeys. The role combines roadmap ownership with mentoring product managers.

What you will do

Lead end to end delivery of VIP user flows, service tools and growth efforts
Work with business, operations, engineering, design, data and compliance teams
Turn user needs and business gaps into clear product solutions
Improve VIP onboarding, account management, support and trading journeys
Track performance and drive ongoing optimization, and mentor product managers

What they look for

Seven or more years in product management, with team leadership preferred
Strong grasp of VIP, institutional, trading, brokerage or wealth products
Proven record of driving cross functional execution at pace
Strong product thinking, ownership and problem solving
Data driven and comfortable with metrics
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
