Program Manager (French speaking)

About the role

A first program management hire to look after a portfolio of subscription customers, keeping them satisfied and growing their accounts. The role combines commercial ownership with enough technical understanding to advise customers credibly.

What you will do

• Act as main contact and trusted advisor for a set of subscription customers
• Cultivate relationships at many levels, from daily users to senior decision makers
• Write and maintain account plans linking customer goals to delivered value
• Organise and run quarterly business reviews and routine check-ins
• Learn the platform well enough to discuss integrations and data workflows with technical teams
• Help establish the processes, rhythms and tools for a new program management function

What they look for

• Fluency in French
• Based in Sub-Saharan Africa and able to work in Africa time zones
• Commercially minded with strong relationship building skills
• Genuine technical fluency to hold credible conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to build processes from scratch while managing live accounts
• Available as a full-time contractor with negotiable hours
