Acts as the on-site integration leader and main client contact for large multi-contract energy campus programs. Coordinates work across business units and disciplines so that schedule, scope, cost and quality stay aligned through the full project lifecycle.

What you will do
- Manage campus-level activities across all scopes and contracts on the assigned integrated energy campus
- Own on-site integration across engineering, procurement and construction scopes, tracking interface points and resolving cross-contract issu
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and build relationships with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives
- Set program and portfolio risk strategies, manage escalated risks and establish recovery plans across projects
- Provide dotted-line oversight of site managers across business units and support budget negotiation and deployment
