Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales

About the role

A senior individual contributor role owning new business sales across a defined small and mid-market territory, from prospecting through to signed agreements. The focus is on building relationships with employers and benefits partners.

What you will do

• Meet an individual quota for new business bookings in an assigned territory
• Create and carry out a territory plan covering priority accounts and growth paths
• Keep a strong pipeline through outbound work, referrals, partners and events
• Work with employers, non-profits, universities, agencies and multinationals
• Guide deals from first contact through negotiation and contracting
• Run discovery talks, presentations, business cases and proposals
