A field sales role owning the full cycle for state, local and education accounts across the Ohio Valley. The manager builds territory plans and closes complex multi-stakeholder deals.
What you will do
- Build and execute a territory plan to exceed quota in SLED
- Own the whole sales cycle from prospecting to closing strategic deals
- Cultivate relationships across multiple buying centers in large organizations
- Apply structured methodologies such as MEDDICC or MEDDPIC for qualification and forecasting
- Present the value proposition from engineers up to C-level executives
- Work with pre-sales, product and marketing on high-value opportunities
What they look for
- Seven or more years of successful strategic complex sales, ideally in high-growth firms
- Proven prospecting and self-sourced pipeline building
- Record of landing and expanding seven-figure SLED deals
- Experience with long cycles and multiple buying centers and executives
- Comfort selling multi-product technology to technical and non-technical buyers
- Ability to build a compelling business case and sell value over brand
