Project Management Specialist

About the role

Supports project coordinators and facilitators by preparing and activating assignments, tracking projects, and archiving grant materials for nonprofit and public sector clients.

What you will do

• Help coordinators and facilitators set up and launch project assignments
• Track the progress of grant related projects and keep records current
• Organize and archive grant materials for future reference
• Work closely with team members to keep client work on schedule

• Prior experience in project coordination or administrative support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfort working remotely with a distributed team
• Residence within the Pacific, Mountain, or Arizona time zones
