  • Read solicitations for requirements, evaluation criteria and risks, then build compliance matrices and outlines with owners.
  • Build schedules backward from the due date and track actions, risks and dependencies across concurrent bids.
  • Plan and run Kickoff, Pink, Red and Gold reviews, coordinating pricing reviews owned by sales or technical leads.
  • Write and edit content in one voice around win themes and discriminators, checking AI output and protecting confidential data.
  • Manage final assembly, formatting, forms and on-time submission through portals.
