Lead a sales team selling an end-to-end software platform to fire and emergency medical services agencies. The role focuses on repeatable, data-driven growth in a mission-critical category.
What you will do
- Recruit, onboard and develop account executives, running regular one to ones and deal reviews
- Build territory and vertical plans, set targets, forecast accurately and manage pipeline health
- Guide complex multi-stakeholder deals with agencies ranging from volunteer departments to large metros
- Standardize the sales process from lead generation through procurement and implementation handoff
- Partner with marketing, solutions engineering, product and customer success on pipeline and expansion
What they look for
- Seven or more years in B2B and B2G SaaS sales, with at least three leading account executives
- A track record of beating new logo and expansion targets in complex deals
- Strong coaching skills covering discovery, MEDDICC or similar, value proposals and executive presentations
- Comfort with CRM tools such as Salesforce, pipeline analytics and sales tooling
- Public sector or public safety technology background is strongly preferred
