Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

Appointment setters identify prospects, qualify leads and book meetings for sales representatives across various industries. The role is fully remote and focused on outbound B2B sales.

What you will do

• Reach prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Qualify leads against set criteria and spot genuine sales opportunities
• Book qualified appointments and meetings for account executives or sales managers
• Research prospects and businesses to find relevant opportunities
• Record interactions and activities accurately in the CRM and follow structured outreach sequences

What they look for

• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Confidence speaking with prospects and decision makers
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls
• Objection handling and active listening skills
• Ability to qualify prospects and identify buying opportunities
• Self motivation, organization and ability to work independently remotely

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
