About the role

Act as the main contact for clients choosing and arranging vacations, from first questions through trip preparation. The role suits people who like talking with others, researching options and keeping details in order.

What you will do

• Get to know each client's destinations, dates, interests, budget and special requests to build good relationships
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transport, tours and activities using approved sources
• Help clients organise chosen arrangements and keep bookings, confirmations and itineraries up to date
• Answer routine questions, share updates, follow up on choices and handle standard changes
• Check details for accuracy, track deadlines and keep client records tidy while learning about destinations
