About the role

What you will do

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to assigned clients
• Carry out diagnostic evaluations and keep defensible clinical records
• Manage your own schedule across all days of the week
• Use an integrated records platform with AI documentation and live translation

What they look for

• A full, active, unrestricted clinical licence for independent practice in at least one US state
• Eligibility to practise without clinical supervision, associate licences are excluded
• Proven skill in evidence-based therapy, diagnostics and clinical documentation
• High-speed internet, a secure HIPAA-compliant home office and comfort with telehealth tools
