Remote Real Estate Investment Representative / Acquisitions Agent

About the role

You act as the dealmaker in your local market, meeting buyers and sellers directly and handling property acquisitions. A training and mentorship program helps you grow into a local investment expert.

What you will do

• Hold many virtual meetings each week with people selling property
• Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms for acquisitions
• Take inbound calls from prospective buyers and sellers in your area
• Nurture warm leads and follow up consistently
• Present available deals to local investors
• Build your own lead pipeline through networking and local events

Nice to have

• Prior sales work in real estate or wholesaling
