Retail and Food Service Key Account Manager

About the role

You will grow and deepen relationships with regional and national retail and food service accounts, expanding cleaning, floor care, food safety and sanitation offerings. The role blends strategic account planning with new business development.

What you will do

• Manage existing accounts through regular contact, business reviews and account planning
• Grow penetration, loyalty and revenue by improving programs and adding solutions
• Engage stakeholders from executives to frontline staff on goals, metrics and trends
• Generate new business via prospecting, networking, partners and lead campaigns
• Hit sales and profit targets through acquisition, retention and expansion
• Present and close multi-product solutions using demos, presentations and training

• Proven record in strategic account management and business development
• Solid grasp of retail and food service operations
• Knowledge of food safety programs and compliance rules
• Skill in data analysis, business reviews and performance reporting
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship building, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent
