Growth Product Manager

About the role

Own the product levers behind a self-serve growth motion across acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion, working inside the revenue organisation.

What you will do

• Help shape growth strategy with the growth director and revenue chief, turning it into clear priorities
• Own the growth roadmap and the metrics it should move, from conversion through retention and expansion
• Design, run and analyse A/B tests and other experiments, then turn results into decisions
• Use LLMs and AI tools to prototype ideas quickly, write requirements and partner with engineering and design from discovery to launch
• Define and report growth KPIs, explaining what drives movement and what it means for priorities

What they look for

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS with a growth focus
• Strong analysis skills to define KPIs, examine funnels and turn data into recommendations
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Clear written communication
