  • Run deal desk work from structuring and approvals through non-standard terms review to quote-to-cash handoffs
  • Keep licence entitlement and provisioning accurate, audit usage and prepare entitlement reports for stakeholders
  • Build dashboards and reports in tools like Claude, Databricks, Clay, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Salesforce and Outreach
  • Administer Salesforce, including Flows, territory assignments and data integrity across objects
  • Support partner lifecycle operations and improve how partner data is collected and reported
