What you will do

• Administer RevOps tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo and RingLead, manage access and document approval flows
• Run weekly account distributions, rebalance coverage gaps and assign territories to new AEs and BDRs
• Build dashboards on territory coverage, AE capacity, account penetration and BDR productivity
• Audit account hierarchies, resolve conflicts between systems and set validation rules
• Act as first-line RevOps support and train sales teams on process and documentation

• Track record owning end-to-end process improvements and multi-system management
• Advanced Salesforce skills plus hands-on Clay experience
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo and RingLead for enrichment and deduplication
• Careful with detail, good at root-cause analysis and clear in cross-functional communication
