- Produce regular and one-off reports on pipeline, bookings, forecasts, productivity and performance metrics
- Keep sales data in CRM and related systems accurate, complete and consistent
- Work with other teams on operational workflows, system updates and process documentation
- Study sales data trends and share insights that inform planning and decisions
- Help prepare dashboards, presentations and performance summaries for leadership review
