Sales Coordinator

About the role

A remote coordination role supporting daily sales operations and keeping customer accounts healthy. The coordinator handles administrative and analytical requests and links sales, operations, suppliers and customers.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily sales support for assigned accounts, programs and business processes
• Handle requests from a shared inbox and Salesforce queue for customers and the sales team
• Support onboarding, audits, reporting and account administration
• Analyze reports and transaction issues, find root causes and route fixes to the right teams
• Work with sales, shared services, operations, IT, suppliers and customers to resolve account and compliance issues
• Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement and training efforts

What they look for

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reviewing and analyzing reports
• Strong analytical skills to spot discrepancies and investigate issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including leading customer calls
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to juggle priorities and deadlines
