Sales Development Executive

About the role

A field sales role focused on growing a snacking range with wholesalers and local stores across the Greater Belfast area. The executive builds customer relationships, drives promotions and launches new products.

What you will do

• Sell market-leading confectionery brands to independent and symbol retailers on a regular basis
• Maximise visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising techniques
• Implement and monitor promotional activities
• Place and set up point of buying materials
• Report on field activities and deliver field KPIs and annual objectives

What they look for

• A strong work ethic and a drive to be the best
• Sales experience, preferably in FMCG or CPG though other fields are considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong numeracy and analytical ability
• Perseverance and close attention to detail
• A full driver's licence with no more than three points, comfortable with automatic or manual vehicles
