Sales Development Representative, Home Services

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers of an electrical services team, handling enquiries and turning them into booked appointments. The role covers the front end of the sales pipeline and aims to give every customer a premium experience.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer enquiries by phone, text and email across the full lead generation cycle
• Follow up on estimates that were not sold, answer objections and secure bookings
• Collect and process project deposits inside the CRM to complete closings
• Book and manage appointments so the technical team's schedule runs efficiently
• Coordinate technician schedules and updates as the central dispatcher
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and each pipeline stage

• Demonstrated sales experience with a record of hitting or beating targets
• Fluent English with strong spoken and written communication
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive way of solving problems
• Reliable and punctual, able to work during Los Angeles Pacific Time hours
• Able to build rapport fast and handle customer objections confidently

Nice to have

• Prior use of ServiceTitan or a comparable field service CRM
• Experience in home services or the electrical trade
• Comfort managing high volume outreach across calls, texts and email
