Sales Executive, Business Development

About the role

Remote sales role focused on winning business for engineering services in power, water, MEP, civil and environmental sectors. The hire will build relationships with prospects and clients and drive booked revenue.

What you will do

• Develop new business and write responses to requests for quotes and proposals
• Deliver presentations to prospective and existing clients at their sites and at events
• Travel independently up to half the time to meet prospects and attend events
• Build a pipeline that reaches an annual target of 1.5 million in booked US engineering work
• Create and give public presentations covering technical or marketing topics

What they look for

• At least five years of full time sales experience, with sample RFQ and RFP work to review
• No non-compete or non-solicitation agreements that would block work with key prospects
• Willingness to sign extended confidentiality, non-compete and non-solicitation terms
• Ability to travel independently up to 50 percent of the time and present to clients
• Based in the contiguous US, with a preference for Texas or Pennsylvania
