About the role

Lead a small team of quota-carrying sellers to grow revenue, coaching them and executing the sales strategy for a technology insights business.

What you will do

• Meet or exceed assigned financial targets and business results
• Recruit and retain sales talent, building a pipeline for open territories
• Run prospecting sessions with direct reports to keep activity high
• Coach team members to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
• Communicate the global strategy and mentor staff toward professional growth

What they look for

• Seven to fifteen years of consultative selling in technology services, software or hardware
• At least three years managing people
• Proven record of leading, motivating and developing sales staff
• Strong forecasting, influencing and interpersonal abilities
• Business insight and executive presence
