What you will do
- Administer the CRM day to day and keep accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities accurate
- Set and maintain standards for required fields, deal stages, account hierarchy and pipeline hygiene
- Spot stale or incomplete records and work with colleagues to correct them
- Coordinate forecasting by gathering inputs, consolidating results and reporting changes
- Build dashboards and recurring reports on pipeline health, conversion and sales activity
- Document and improve sales processes such as lead assignment, proposals and handoffs to implementation
