Sales Representative

About the role

Sell remote and on-site tech support services to residential and business customers. Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and close deals while explaining subscription choices.

What you will do

• Take inbound sales inquiries and place outbound calls to assigned leads
• Ask questions and record customer needs to recommend suitable services
• Close sales and pursue individual and team targets for conversion and subscriptions
• Track leads and follow-up work in the CRM with accurate notes and outcomes
• Coordinate with service teams and escalate issues needing specialist help

What they look for

• Strong spoken and written English for communicating with U.S. customers
• Customer-facing sales experience with a record of contributing to sales goals
• Solid listening, questioning, objection-handling, and follow-up abilities
• Comfort with CRM tools and juggling several systems with accurate records
• Basic familiarity with computers and common tech issues, plus willingness to learn
• Good organization, dependable attendance, and independent priority management remotely

Nice to have

• Phone sales, inside sales, or contact center experience serving U.S. customers
• Experience selling technology services or subscriptions with inbound and outbound leads
