What you will do

  • Own CPQ configuration from start to finish: product rules, price rules, bundles and approval flows
  • Be the main contact for CPQ users, handling troubleshooting, training and documentation
  • Run the intake of Salesforce requests: gather needs, judge complexity, then route or prioritise the work
  • Resolve simple configuration requests directly so quick wins stay off the main backlog
  • Use and improve AI-assisted tools for gathering requirements, writing docs and scoping solutions

  • Three to five years of hands-on Salesforce administration, including CPQ configuration in production
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Practical CPQ experience with product rules, price rules, bundles and approval flows
  • Experience with quote-to-cash and contract or e-signature tools such as DocuSign or SpotDraft
  • Strong at gathering requirements and turning vague asks into clear, actionable tickets
  • Comfortable owning a process end to end, from first intake talk through routing and prioritisation

Nice to have

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or work with CPQ systems such as Nue.io, Conga or Dealhub
  • Wider declarative Salesforce work beyond CPQ, such as Flow, validation rules and permission sets
