Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the role

Support the delivery, enhancement and stability of an enterprise Salesforce platform, enabling sales and service operations through scalable configuration and reliable production support.

What you will do

• Configure and enhance Sales and Service Cloud features such as leads, opportunities, forecasting, territory management and case management.
• Gather requirements with business teams and an application managed services partner and validate solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing through planning, coordination and issue resolution.
• Act as primary administrator, handling incidents, troubleshooting and platform availability.
• Deliver enhancement requests including configuration changes, automation updates and UI improvements.
• Promote governance, standardisation and scalability across the platform.

What they look for

• Five or more years of Salesforce administration in enterprise settings.
• Deep knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud capabilities.
• Experience with project implementations and production support.
• Understanding of integrations with systems such as ERP and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with UAT and structured release cycles.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.

Nice to have

• Advanced Administrator certification.
• Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
