What you will do

• Call behavioral health providers directly to confirm appointment availability, wait times and how they handle access
• Follow set scripts, study protocols and standard procedures so every contact is consistent and compliant
• Check provider records for accuracy: directory listings, contact details, specialty and location
• Log every attempt, response and discrepancy in QuickBase and other systems so records stay audit-ready
• Analyze study data to find patterns, access barriers and provider-level gaps, then escalate what matters

What they look for

• Background in operations, provider services, healthcare, customer service or a call center with accurate documentation
• Clear spoken and written communication, including professional phone manner and summaries for different audiences
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, able to spot patterns and turn them into practical recommendations
• Careful, timely data entry and documentation with real attention to detail
• Comfortable coaching or mentoring peers and new hires on processes, tools and quality standards
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBase, plus the ability to move between several systems and phone tools
