Senior Analyst, Operations

About the role

A small screening and onboarding group inside a much larger marketplace, working with product, engineering, compliance and outside vendors. The job is about keeping regional workflows running and fixing gaps before they grow.

What you will do

• Build project plans with timelines and deliverables, then run the stakeholder meetings that move them forward
• Dig into data to find root causes, propose fixes and push improvements across several business areas
• Work with product, merchandising and engineering teams to get projects delivered
• Shape internal tools, reports and customer-facing features by writing business requirements
• Set up repeatable operational practices and tracking so the work scales as the business grows
• Report status, resourcing and results to the people who need them

What they look for

• Hands-on background in operations analytics and managing complex projects from plan to finish
• Sharp problem solving with a feel for risk, able to trace a problem to its source
• Experience putting scalable operational practices and business solutions in place
• Comfort working across product, business, policy and operations groups
• Clear communication for status updates and stakeholder conversations
• A record of working to compliance and ethics standards
