Senior Backend Engineer (.NET & Python)

About the role

Build and evolve a flagship AI platform that pairs modern AI technology with an established employee benefits product. The role owns features end to end within a distributed, collaborative engineering team.

What you will do

• Design and build features for a flagship AI product used by reward directors.
• Use .NET knowledge to understand the benefits product and its APIs.
• Take ownership of shipped quality, including testing your own work.
• Work with product, design and engineering colleagues in a distributed setup.
• Contribute to an AI-first software development lifecycle.

What they look for

• Strong .NET and Python expertise.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI.
• Ability to own features end to end and grow scope over time.
• Based in the UK or Ireland, with no visa sponsorship available.
