Senior Business Development Manager (Channel Partnerships)

About the role

A proactive new business role focused on building pipeline and signing strategic channel partners across North America, with an early emphasis on payroll and pension payment flows.

What you will do

• Build and execute a North American territory plan based on whitespace, fit and route to revenue
• Prospect through outbound activity, executive networking, referrals, advisers, events and marketing
• Lead complex deals from first contact through qualification, solution design, negotiation and contracting
• Coordinate product, legal, compliance, pricing, finance and operations teams to move opportunities forward
• Hand signed partners to implementation and account management with clear commitments and success measures
