Senior Cloud Infrastructure and Reliability Solutions Architect

About the role

A reliability engineering role focused on keeping very large GPU fleets in production running well across partner estates in EMEA, covering fault handling, preventive upkeep and firmware rollouts.

What you will do

• Own production stability for partner GPU fleets, tracking job goodput and mean time between interruptions and managing error budgets
• Build automated detection and repair flows for GPU, node, fabric and storage faults, including drain, cordon, reset and return to service
• Plan and run preventive maintenance plus staged firmware and field notice campaigns with risk review and verification
• Operate observability tooling for GPU fleets such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, DCGM and node health agents, integrating with partner stacks
• Lead incident response and blameless reviews with partner operations teams, driving root cause fixes and turning repeats into automation or
• Handle Kubernetes node lifecycle on mixed open stacks, including health policy, upgrades, reboots and safe draining of GPU nodes

What they look for

• Degree in computer science, electrical or computer engineering, physics, mathematics or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least eight years in site reliability, production engineering or large scale infrastructure operations
• Proven ownership of reliability at scale, including SLOs, error budgets, on call command and measurable availability gains
• Hands on work with HPC or AI clusters and GPU accelerated systems, covering drivers, CUDA, firmware, profiling and interconnect troubleshoot
• Experience with Kubernetes and related open source infrastructure tooling
