What you will do
- Monitor and maintain production infrastructure across cloud and datacenter environments
- Administer AWS resources and manage DNS, FTP, IIS and application environments
- Resolve incidents and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Analyze operational metrics and report on performance
- Handle IAM user accounts and update production server resources and sizing
- Participate in on-call rotation and communicate events to stakeholders
What they look for
- Five or more years in large production infrastructure
- Five or more years administering Windows Server in production
- Five or more years configuring server hardware and operating systems
- Experience hardening Linux servers such as RHEL, Ubuntu or Amazon Linux
- Experience with change management and OS patching
Nice to have
- Experience in PCI or Cyber Essentials compliant environments
- AWS EKS and ECS experience
- Maintaining relational databases
- Chef, Ansible or Puppet
