About the role

Help clients turn AI ambitions into concrete organizational change. Work across business, people and technology from analysis and design through adoption and measurable results.

What you will do

Run AI transformation projects from strategic ambition through to implementation
Assess organizational AI readiness and set transformation priorities
Analyze how AI reshapes processes, roles, capabilities, governance and working methods
Design AI-enabled operating models and governance structures
Create transformation roadmaps, implementation concepts and value realization approaches
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and prepare analyses, concepts and client deliverables

What they look for

Initial practical experience in AI transformation, operating model design, AI governance, change management, process transformation or value
Strong interest in the organizational and business effects of AI
Solid analytical, communication and presentation skills
Fluent German and English, plus willingness to travel for client and project needs
