What you will do
- Own and improve the digital performance measurement setup, covering reporting, dashboards, tracking, attribution and SEO insights
- Turn campaign, website and sales data into advice on acquisition cost, return, conversion and channel mix
- Build marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks that give reliable, actionable data
- Set tracking standards such as UTM conventions, tagging structures and data quality controls
- Guide the Baltic SEO roadmap, from keyword strategy to technical SEO and performance monitoring
- Work with media, PPC and SEO agencies, review their proposals and push for continuous improvement
What they look for
- At least five years in performance marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce or marketing analytics
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into simple business advice
- Advanced Excel and fluent English for pan-Baltic work
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery or experimentation tools
- Practical understanding of SEO and customer journey performance
